Whether you’re traveling to or from the UK, our affordable rates are cheaper than airline prices, couriers, or international removals companies. We offer a generous weight allowance of up to 30 kg or 66 lb per bag. Even heavier items can also be shipped at reasonable costs.

How does the process work?

• Visit our website, get an instant quote, and book your reservation.
• Print out of the documents we send you, and fill them out.
• After you finish packing, attach the documents to your luggage.
• Leave your luggage at your designated pickup location at the designated time.
• We’ll take it from there!

Reliability

Here at Stasher, we strongly believe in keeping you constantly updated. We’ve set up an online system to do just that. You can receive real-time updates on your luggage from the moment we pick it up to the moment it’s delivered. You can choose between text and email updates. Additionally, we offer £100 worth of insurance at no cost to you for each package you send. We hope this provides you with the peace of mind you need as you prepare to travel.

Items You Can’t Ship

While Stasher is proud to ship many things, we are subject to the same rules as the postal service. Because of the risk of explosion or other bad things happening, we can’t ship the following items:

• Sprays (like Febreze)
• Products from animals (think Endangered Species Act)
• Money (cash or card)
• Anything dangerous
• Anything hazardous
• Liquids
• Medications
• Confidential documents (passport, ID, birth certificate)
• Foods that go bad
• Plants

Customs Information

If you’re already in the UK, don’t worry about customs. You aren’t subject to them. However, if you’re shipping from the US to the UK, you must go through customs. We’ll send you the customs information you need to attach to your luggage. Be sure to fill out the information in as much detail as you can, listing every item inside every package. The EU wants to know exactly what is coming in and going out of the UK. If you fail to attach a customs invoice to a piece of luggage, it won’t make it through customs, and you’ll have to pay a fee to get your luggage back. Please don’t forget! There are rare circumstances where packages take a long time to go through customs, but for the most part, if the correct documents are attached to your luggage, you should be good to go.
