Need luggage storage for the NFL at Wembley? On Sunday 18th October the Houston Texans take on the Jacksonville Jaguars, and it’s clear bags only at the gate.
The NFL is back at Wembley on Sunday 18 October, when the Houston Texans take on the Jacksonville Jaguars. If you’re arriving with a weekend bag, heading straight to the station after the final whistle, or checking out of your hotel that morning, sort your luggage out before you reach the turnstiles, you don’t want to get sacked at the gate!
So, what is the policy? And where can you find NFL Wembley luggage storage.
The NFL clear bag policy at Wembley
NFL London games use the NFL clear bag policy, which is stricter than Wembley’s usual rules.

The NFL’s guidance is:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm (12″ x 6″ x 12″)
- or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
- plus one small clutch-sized bag (about 11 x 16.5 cm / 4.5″ x 6.5″), clear or not
Backpacks, holdalls, rucksacks and suitcases won’t get in. The NFL actually encourages fans not to bring a bag at all. Security screening is heightened on game day, so arriving with luggage will slow you down.

Getting there

Wembley has three stations across six lines: Wembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan), Wembley Stadium (Chiltern Railways) and Wembley Central (Bakerloo, Overground and mainline). - Drop, then walk up. Leave everything except your clear bag, phone and card. Wembley is cashless.
- Leaving for a train or flight? Pick a Stashpoint between the stadium and your station so you can grab your bags and go.
