Macklemore plays OVO Arena Wembley on Friday 30 October, with doors at 18:00 and the show running from about 19:00 to 23:00. If you plan on attending, sort your bag and belongings out before you reach the doors: OVO Arena is one of the stricter London venues on bags, and it has no cloakroom. The OVO Arena bag policy
The event page for this show sets out the rules:
- No adult backpacks or rucksacks of any size. Not even a small one.
- No bags larger than 40 x 35 x 19 cm.
- No cloakroom. There are no storage facilities at the venue.
- eLockers are limited. A small number of lockers inside the arena can be pre-booked online or hired on the day, subject to availability. Anything you put in one is still subject to the bag policy.
OVO Arena’s general Staying safe page also lists luggage, holdalls and rucksacks as prohibited, along with laptops and iPads used for photography, professional cameras and selfie sticks. Always check the event page before you travel, as specific shows can add their own restrictions.
If you’re coming from the office with a laptop rucksack, it won’t get in.

Getting there
- Wembley Park (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines) is the main station for the arena, about a 10-minute walk according to OVO Arena.
- Wembley Stadium station (Chiltern Railways from Marylebone) is another option and is often quieter.
- Wembley Central (Bakerloo line, London Overground and mainline) is about 15 minutes’ walk away.
- Several buses stop around Empire Way and Wembley Park station.
Book a Stashpoint on your route from the station, drop your bag on the way in, and pick it up on the way home.
Gig-night tips
- Book ahead. It’s a Friday night, and the Stashpoints closest to the arena are the first to fill.
- Check your collection time. The show runs until about 23:00, so pick a Stashpoint that’s open when you come out. The 24/7 locker to the north is the safest bet.
- Travel light. Bring your phone, your ticket and your card. Leave the laptop bag, the gym kit and the weekend bag with us.
