I don't have much space, can I still work with you?

Yes, you can set your maximum capacity based on the space available - with a space of just 2sm, you can make up to £900/month (or equivalent) in commissions.

How do customers pay?

Customers always book and pay online in advance through our platform. No walkins or on spot payment should ever be accepted.

When do I receive my commissions?

We pay hosts between the 5th and the 10th of each month via bank transfer.

How do I receive my commissions?

How can I change my availability?

You can change capacity and opening hours through the hosts dashboard.

How do I access the hosts dashboard?

Log in the dashboard at this link. If you haven't logged in before, click on “Forgot your password?” to set your password.

Do you provide an Insurance coverage?

Stasher has an insurance policy that covers for theft, loss or damage of the bag while it's stored at your location.

What do we do if we have a security concern?

You have the right to refuse any bags if you feel uncomfortable. Ask the user typical airline security questions such as “did you pack your bag yourself?” Contact Stasher HQ immediately with any questions.

What do we do if a bag is lost or damaged?

Assure the customer that all will be done to ensure that the situation is resolved quickly. Contact Stasher HQ immediately. We will contact the customer and our insurer to process any claims.

How do I know how many Stasher bags to expect?

All Stasher users book online directly through Stasher. You will receive a confirmation email for each booking. Expected arrivals can also be tracked through the stasher host dashboard.

Where do we store Stasher luggage?

Stasher bags must be stored in a secure and supervised area with no public access. Never leave bags unattended.
