Stasher Luggage Storage Reviews

Easy to booked the bag drop place

very nice, easy and quick way to store bags in a city with overcrowded public lockers

Easy to book and experienced no hassle or problems stashing luggage at the hotel chosen.

Great service very easy :)

Easy to log in. Easy to book — perhaps too easy... If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to require users to systematically review the dates and times before confirming the reservation. Right now, if you find the drop-off point and select the correct date, the proposed drop-off time is the current time and the pick-up time is the following hour. If you confirm too quickly, as when you're in a rush, it's prone to error. It would be better, then, to default to an end time at the end of the day, or to force entering the time as numbers (and not via a menu).

Friendly staff and the luggage is kept in a locked and secure room.

All was perfectly well organized

super easy to use, and schedule the drop off and pickup of our lugagge

The new lockers at the hotel didn’t work because we booked this beforehand (get your guide). They were not aware that the hotel worked with new lockers insuppose. The people from the hotel could not help us, since the lockers were new.  They were very kind though and kept our luggage anyway, so big thanks to them !

Easy to use and access available throughout rental

I was extremely happy wirh the service!! The luggage was safely kept, organisation was no problem and the timetable was perfect!!

Simple, easy and safe.

Very easy to use

Good service

Great, quick and easy process

Excellent service. Thank you

Great experience. Nice, helpful staff members. Stasher made my holiday less stressful! :) Will use again in October!

Easy

Very convenient and excellent instructions re location

I used the platform for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. The booking process was simple, clear, and easy to navigate. Overall, it was a good experience. The price-to-performance ratio, however, was just okay.
