The Portico was friendly, easy & safe to store your luggage, easy to get to & so handy for Victoria Station. I was unsure about the time I would be able to get my luggage & that was not a problem because they were so flexible. Very nice experience. The personnel was very friendly. Our bags received a tag and we also received a card with which we were able to pick up our luggage!
