App was very easy to use. I was looking for a place to store my luggage when I returned to NY when we were waiting to take off. It took me about 10 minutes and all done.

Fantastic service. I pre booked using the app and Apple Pay. Great value. The staff were very helpful at Baltyk, which is conveniently located 2 minutes from the station. I will use Thai service again when traveling, as not all stations have left luggage facilities.
