Easy to use

I am happy to rate your service but I do not have time to write narrative comments. You are asking me to perform unpaid labour and I don't like it.

Staff was so friendly. The process was fast, it took about 3 minutes for inputting info to the luggage tag and 5 minutes for taking 2 big luggage from the stock room. So quick and great services.

Even I was not very confident of leaving my luggage at the beginning, I did not have any problem

Stasher has a simple UI/UX, is easy to use, and has all the features that I needed to decide: location of stash, rating, trustworthiness. Price-wise, it is also at an affordable level. The booking process is also very easy.

Very easy way to find a convenient location to book and pay for your item of luggage to be stored so you don’t have to spend the day carrying it. I just typed in the postcode of where I was going, and there was plenty of choice which I could see on the map. I chose a well-known hotel chain and it couldn’t have been easier.

Extremely efficient system with very helpful real people customer support, even at the weekend.

Would definitely use Stasher and Premier Inn again. Location was close by and process was simple and panic free.
