We booked and paid first park de l’étoile, and when we arrived there, the person in charge asked us for cash, it looked like the stash point didn’t exist at all at this address. I was totally devastated and my bank card had already been charged, standing there with 3 kids and 2 luggage. Luckily after many trials, we managed to get in touch with customer service that helped us and we were able to get to another stash point.

I have used this service 3 times so far and each time it has proven to be a cheaper and more convenient alternative than using left luggage at stations.

Great to know that our bags were safe so we could enjoy our last few hours in town after checking out of our lodgings. Quick and easy (once we found the entrance!), and friendly staff.

It was our first time using the app. It worked well and we were able to find the shop to store our luggage. Google maps took us a harebrained circuitous route so be sure to study the map first and use common sense than defaulting to google maps.
