Had a great experience . By mistake it kept my luggage in the wrong locker and than I came to know and had a chat with support team and within minutes they solved my problem and gave me the same big locker with no extra charges. I highly recommend their services

Had issues after initial purchase but contacted customer support  who were prompt to answer checked out things and re issued code quickly  The location was nice snd central close to station the staff at hotel helpful Locker room on 5th floor easy to locate and spotlessly clean. Locakers of varying sizes mine was a lsrfe and fot my case and rucksack well  Room Montored by cctv cameras  as well Overall a good experience

Great service. Very close to the station. Smaller bags were stored in basement and larger bags were behind the till in shop.
