Good but could be better. Had problem finding it on Google as didn't realise it was Premier Inn. Staff at Premier Inn were excellent, Colleen Stewart was brilliant and a credit to Premier Inn and your company. Made a bad start to the day, into a enjoyable day. Many thanks.

The service was excellent. I've never heard of Stasher before but I will definitely be using them again. The Premier Inn staff in Eastbourne are very friendly and helpful and it's situated in close proximity to the train station. Many thanks
