The booking process was simple and the confirmation immediate, however I didn't use the facility as my b&b landlady on checking out offered to meet us at station with luggage. I did however email stasher for a refund and within a short period received a confirmation email of my refund within 3 working days which was excellent, however this 3 day period is just starting so cannot comment on receiving said cancellation yet. But on basis of my communication with them I'll certainly use there services again.

Very easy to book...search and book process was very clear and easy to follow. Could book without registering and creating an account which was great.

Kind staff, they told us that we could pick up the luggage at any time without any additional cost. They labelled our luggage and gave us a pick up number. I appreciate when the luggage is stored with an identifier to avoid confusions with other users.

I was advised to use this site to store my luggage for a few hours, and I found it to be excellent. Easy to use and fast. Despite my skepticism about new things, it was truly safe and reliable. I will use it again on my next trip if necessary.

Didn't know such service existed. Easy to use platform and superb price that made my visit enjoyable as I didn't have to drag my suitcases around all day. Used Premier who provided with efficient professional service.

Stasher was very convenient, close to our Airbnb, which was great. We landed in London at 8am and could not check in until 3pm.
