The platform is very user-friendly and easy to use, with a wide variety of spaces to choose from that are closest to you. All the necessary information about the places is visible and very easy to understand. Everything is excellent.

Excellent service close to both major train stations in Paris. We brought small fold up bikes from the US and were able to take the RER from CDG (arrives Gare du Nord) quickly drop off 2 large bike cases, and hop on our train at Gare de l’est to head to Alsace. Friendly staff. Soooo convenient! Would absolutely use again.
