They were pleasant and helpful.

Ryse Hotel is next to Hongik Uni station, really easy to drop off the luggage at the hotel reception, the staff was really nice and attentive. Also easy to book it online and leave the bags right away.

Luggage storage worked well and was straightforward.

Excellent service. Met at the door by the concierge who was wonderful, polite and cheery. He explained everything clearly and made sure I knew how to get to the train station.

I had not heard of Stasher before. It was very easy to book and locate a suitable storage spot.

Absolute comfort to explore the city without the luggage since you have to go to the airport afterwards. Very well taken care of.
