The first location said it was 24hrs and it was closed so I reached out and it was corrected very quickly and the customer service was very helpful!

Platform was easy to use but would be better if the map showed the specific location that you clicked on. This would make it easier to decide which storage location best fits your needs - particularly in terms of later deposit or collection.

I was in a bit of a hurry, as I couldn't contact management at the place I was staying and we needed to leave our luggage somewhere until the time to head to the airport. I found this service on the internet and it was really convenient and fast, as well as more economic than the left luggage service at London Bridge Station.
