My entire experience with stasher was EXCELLENT!!! The app is easy to use. It helped me locate a convenient location to stash my bag while spending the day in NYC. When I arrived at the hotel, they were prepared to receive my bag. They gave me a claim ticket and were courteous, welcoming, and professional. I felt very comfortable that my belongings would be safe. At the end of the day, it was seamless to pick up my bag. There was no wait at drop off or pick up and I was treated with the same respect as their hotel guests. This was a top-notch experience. It was affordable and allowed me to spend a carefree and leisurely day in the city. I highly recommend stasher and The Homewood Suites.
