The Premier Inn staff at 121-123 Princes Street were amazing, so helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond when we needed help with a broken suitcase that an airline broke.

It's important to note that before paying, they send you a code to register.

Very convenient walk from the Temple Mead train station. Quick and easy to drop off and retrieve luggage so that we could explore Bristol without having to lug around baggage. Highly recommend.
