It must be one of the absolutely best customer service experiences I have ever experienced; the two young ladies at the concierge desk were extremely friendly, polite, helpful and welcoming, very very patient with me even though I had no idea how to use the Google App to register and pay for what I was stashing etc! When I asked if I could use the Gents, I was even taken to where the facility was, when I finished and was going to go, the young lady (probably at about 10:50 pm) was still smiling warmly; making me feel comfortable; making me feel I was a very welcomed customer, even though I had only been stashing something there for a few hours. The charge for such a professional service also couldn't be more reasonable, the whole experience was absolutely FIRST CLASS!! I have already told some of my friends about this, they were very impressed; and they said they definitely would use the Premier Inn there if they happen to be in central London!

Absolutely marvellous, the lovely lady in the shop was brilliant and very helpful; I would use it again in a heartbeat.
