Everything went perfectly. On the day of the luggage pickup, it was raining a lot and they let us stay for a while at the hostel until it was time to leave. Very friendly staff.

The app was easy to use and very helpful giving me information about where to keep my bag. The only hitch was I went to the hotel before booking and they did not seem aware that I could book for multiple days (which I needed). They agreed to take my bag in the end and I was very thankful.

Easy to find and a quick and easy drop off. Seems to be always manned so luggage is secure.
