The Stasher site is easy to use. It lists all available businesses based on the drop-off and pick-up dates and times.

My friends and I left our luggage at this luggage storage because our accommodation checkout was at 10 a.m. and we still wanted to see more of Edinburgh. Since the location is also in Waverly, it's just a short walk to our train platform. The staff are very polite and approachable.
