Clear and easy to use.

I didn’t find it easy, but it was probably my fault. I didn’t look carefully and I didn’t see the sign. I was looking for lockers and expected to find some at the location, but it’s actually a room in the market-store. The guy from the cash-register took our luggage and gave us coupons for each luggage. He put our bags in that room (which I didn’t see) and brought them to us at the pick-up time.
