It's pretty straightforward. I am happy with it.

Great service. When we dropped our bags we were told shop was shut when we were planning to collect. However staff provided us a number to message 10mins before we planned to pick up and staff were ready and waiting for us when we arrived.

So thrilled we could leave our bags after 10am checkout and carry on with our day until it was due to pick up our luggage's and head to the airport. Such a great Idea!

Great service. I had to wait a few mins at reception for a member of staff (I arrived early while they were still serving breakfast, so can understand why no one was on reception). However I was quickly seen too, quick and simple hand. Returned late in the evening and it was just as quick and straight forward. Great central location.

Great location open long hours opposite Euston station & round the corner from the Welcome Foundation Centre for exhibitions & cafe.

The process was straightforward, with luggage safely stored by the hotel staff. I was able to drop off and collect my luggage quickly.
