Well, checkout was good, but a little bit confusing: the price is 5.45 on the map, and then in the checkout: service fee $0.99! (well, it's 18% of the price!). then one more! guarantee $1 (+18%), total 36.5% from the original declared price. If airlines do such tricks it does not mean the others should follow this way. we are on the good side, remember? I think it's better to see the final price at the very beginning with a breakdown later in checkout. What about optional guarantee cover? I don't want to pay it.
