All very easy and straightforward.

Was really easy to book in the app had 5 cases as having a family weekend and we didnt want to carry suit cases about until check in. Dropped bags off at time we requested, smooth and quick drop off.

Storing three suitcases securely whilst we took a short three day trip to Scotland was very easy and convenient. The hotel was a short, quick walking distance of the train station and the service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
