Easy to book the bag drop location.

Very nice, easy and quick way to store bags in a city with overcrowded public lockers.

Easy to log in. Easy to book — perhaps too easy... If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to require users to systematically review the dates and times before confirming the reservation. Right now, if you find the drop-off point and select the correct date, the proposed drop-off time is the current time and the pick-up time is the following hour. If you confirm too quickly, as when you're in a rush, it's prone to error. It would be better, then, to default to an end time at the end of the day, or to force entering the time as numbers (and not via a menu).

Friendly staff, and the luggage is kept in a locked and secure room.

The new lockers at the hotel didn't work because we booked this beforehand (GetYourGuide). They were not aware that the hotel used new lockers, I suppose. The people at the hotel could not help us, since the lockers were new. They were very kind though and kept our luggage anyway, so big thanks to them!
