The only thing I'd change would be that you should allow the customer to type in their country name. Flicking through lots of flags was a little irritating, especially when the flags are so small on the phone. Other than that, the service was perfect.

The platform is user-friendly, with a variety of locations for you to choose from.

The place was super close to St. Pancras — about a 2-minute walk. It was nice that they’re open late for last-minute drop-offs. My luggage was secure the whole time. The price was also reasonable compared to other luggage storage facilities.

This app was extremely useful during my stay in Paris. The luggage storage service is convenient, reliable and very secure. In addition, the in-store welcome was top-notch: the manager is particularly friendly and warm. An excellent experience!
