The app is very easy to use, I found a perfect location right away, and was able to book with no issues. Drop and retrieval of my bag was simple.

It served me well for the purpose it's been created to serve. It also guaranteed safety of my luggage and also important was the proximity from the location I was.

The platform was pretty easy to use and straightforward. I like that there were no hidden costs at the end, and everything (including the VAT) was included so that I knew exactly how much I was looking to pay for the convenience of luggage storage.

Simple to use website. Plenty of locations in the area we needed to stash our bags for the period we required. Paid up front at home and printed out the receipt. I personally prefer printing out in case any problems with my mobile 'phone should occur from past experience. 10/10

It was very handy to be able to drop off our heavy luggage before going to our Killarney National Park visit. Very easy and quick.

Brilliant service and Brilliant idea. The checking and out times, are always hard to work around flights, having used this app for the first time, was amazed that I didn't know about it before. Was concerned about where I was leaving it, but they were Brilliant and made you feel that your items are safe...

The service was very easy to use, from locating a suitable spot, to booking, and dropping off/booking in our bags. To me the cost was reasonable, and we also had a discount code from the theatre - overall including a couple of charges (one of which is a small charge for insurance) we paid less than £13 for 2 bags for several hours of storage and peace of mind.

I accidentally booked exactly one month ahead and found the stash point closed. I contacted the web chat and they identified that I had made my booking for the following month. They gave me a code to rebook and told me to find the closest stash points that were open by using the map on their website. I just managed to rebook and take my bags to the alternative stash point just in time for my London Underground tour (where you are not allowed to take large bags). Many thanks - at one point I thought that I would not be going on the tour!

Handy for city centre and both Lanyon Place & Grand Central railway stations. Easy to find, easy to book and change booking. Flexible too which is great. Definitely recommend Stasher.
