While it sucks that we had to walk 0.9 miles from DC Union Station with bags in tow to get there, it was well worth it. Not having to lug two suitcases and 3 heavy backpacks around DC all day was a blessing. The cost was reasonable, the bags were well secured, and I took comfort knowing they would be there undisturbed when we returned to head to the airport. Again, the only real drawback was how far it was, which really magnifies the need to have more locations closer to major transportation hubs. Would recommend this service to anyone that is leery of its legitimacy.

Excellent and convenient service. Good value too, but why have 3 fees? Storage Cost, Booking Fee and Guarantee Fee - why not combine them into one - seems overly complicated
