Very easy to navigate the app! The only thing I'd recommend is a way to change the location and time without having to cancel the booking and creating a new one. For example, I had a change of plans and we need to drop off our stuff earlier, so I had to rebook. But at least that process was fairly easy! I also worry that I'm inconveniencing the store owner. I also couldn't find any info on dropping off stuff earlier than the chosen drop off time. The FAQ covers picking up stuff later, but not dropping off stuff earlier. So that's also why I just went ahead and cancelled/rebooked. Side note), it would be nice if we could leave our passports in our bags. I was a bit paranoid carrying it around in my pocket all day. But it's totally understandable and I wasn't prepared with my own smaller tourist bag.

Good service

Excellent experience! What a great service this is. We stashed our bags in Exeter UK and London. Both places had friendly staff and an ease to the process. Booking and paying on line was so seamless. This service allowed us to enjoy ourselves in a way that would not have been possible carrying heavy backpacks. Thank you!
