Easy to use app.

very helpful check in and check out experience. very close to station

Brilliant service, so easy to access, no need to queue at reception. We had arrived, by train, 2.5 hours before we could check-in! It was a lovely hot day, to be able to put all our luggage into a secure locker and head into town, well, it made our visit so much better! As we also had hours between check-out and our train home we were able to use the lockers again, with no need to carry our bags around town, we just collected them on our way to the station.

The staff were very friendly and had no trouble in dropping off or picking up.

Easy and straightforward process and offers a much needed service when carrying around heavy bags! Would recommend.

Quick, efficient service from booking on the app to collecting my bag. Still niggled by the charge rising instantly by almost £2 from display to booking - why not just be honest? But it's still a fair price, so I soldier on!
