First time user. I was a little sceptical about the service so stuck with the airport thinking that would be most reliable. Overall was great and saved us lots of money in baggage fees and money in hiring a larger car as well as overall effort.

Easy to use the app and to bring in and get back the luggage. The reception is friendly and knows STASHER well. Google maps gives wrong location, STASHER is not located in the supermarket Morrison as Google says, but in the Primier Inn near by.
