So easy to use, showed them our booking email, they asked us to take a picture of our bags and then took them to their locked room. Collection just as easy showed them the photo of our bags and they went to get them for us. Very convenient and a good price.

This concept was new to me but the whole experience was fast and efficient. Such a great idea.

Very convenient and easy. Do book in advance as it is very popular. We were able to easily drop off our suitcase, head to the National Gallery and not worry about it. Collection was just as easy too. Made much more sense than an additional trip to the hotel and it all went smoothly. Overall an inexpensive solution to a common issue for tourists and travellers with baggage on their last day in the city.

Really great experience, easily booked, drop off and pick up smooth and faultless. Meant we had a backpack free day in Edinburgh before heading to the airport in the evening.
