Ideal for storing your luggage when there's nowhere to leave it and your flight isn't for another six hours or longer. And for the price we paid, we were able to finish our vacation without taking our luggage everywhere.

The only thing I'd change would be that you should allow the customer to type in their country name. Flicking through lots of flags was a little irritating, especially when the flags are so small on the phone. Other than that, the service was perfect.

The place was super close to St. Pancras — about a 2-minute walk. It was nice that they’re open late for last-minute drop-offs. My luggage was secure the whole time. The price was also reasonable compared to other luggage storage facilities.
