Outstanding! Such a relief to find somewhere safe secure and accessible to store my luggage for two hours before departing the city centre for the airport. A very polite and courteous young man at the drop off point gave me the assurance I wanted having never used this service before. Needless to say I have since told everyone in earshot how great it is!!!!

Easy to book — the website doesn’t make it that clear that you don’t have to specifically drop off/pick up bags in the one-hour slot you chose; you can pick up/drop off anytime on the day, it’s more of a guide
