Easy, efficient and good value!

Very easy to find a location close by where I wanted to visit after getting off a cruise ship. Stasher's location was by far the closest to where I wanted than other luggage storage providers. Booking process was very straightforward. From the details in the confirmation email, it was easy to find the location of the hotel that the luggage was to be stored at.

Very good experience - hotel with secure door near the train station. Friendly staff and well organised.

The staff were pleasant, secured our bags with an identification tag, and took them to the storage. Upon returning, they delivered them to us in perfect condition. It was all very quick.

The experience I had with the Stasher service was excellent. The luggage storage booking I made directly from their official website was simple: the system indicates the size in cm of the available lockers and then asks for the time slot for dropping off and picking up the luggage (whether bags, backpacks, or suitcases). Additionally, I immediately received the codes via email that would allow me to drop off and pick up the three pieces of luggage I left.

The booking process and app are both very user friendly. A really great concept and something I'll definitely use again when travelling.
