Fast and intuitive app, the only note concerns the deposit and pickup times indicated in the app which seem misleading. The luggage was deposited and picked up respecting the hours of the reference business, therefore with plenty of margin for organization. Recommended service.

Very easy - I booked a spot the day before. A 5 min walk to the station and then to Heathrow on the Piccadilly line. Hassle free & reasonable.
