Quick and easy

Very easy to find and convenient for Liverpool Street station. Quickly served, easy drop-off and pick-up. Bags were tagged and stored securely in a back room. I would use again if I was in the area.

Easy drop-off and pickup of luggage. Staff at the Premier Inn were very helpful — I accidentally left my gloves at reception and they kept them for me to collect at pickup. They also charged my phone for me (lady at reception, Bonita? was very pleasant)

So easy to use — both booking and drop-off/collection left us free to explore London.

Not too expensive, convenient and very handy. Exactly what you want for when and for how long you need it. ONLY criticism: there were two venues with very similar names in a relatively small area; when confirming or sending the email with the locker(s) details, the address of the actual site could be included. As you can see this is an exceptionally minor issue.
