The drop off was right outside Paddington Station, a fee steps down the block. The gentleman onsite took my luggage, asked me to take its picture with an ID number, then locked it in place. When I picked it up, I showed the photo to confirm it was mine, and off I went. Super easy, and I highly recommend using Stasher.
