Very simple and convenient to use.

Booking was easy and the gift shop was ready for me when I walked in. The system they had in place made me feel secure leaving my belongings there.

I was not using app

Great location close to the railway station and also Fondamente Nove. Staff were really helpful and friendly and the bags were stored safely in a secure cupboard out of sight and separate to the reception area with id tags. All good, thank you!

Incredibly easy to use and pay. Perfect for being able to leave luggage safely and conveniently and allow me to wander around Bath without my case. Showed me lots of options of places that were stashpoints and one was directly opposite the train station at Bath Spa. (A barber shop). Fantastic and gave me a luggage tag etc. so convenient! Made the day possible after a long flight.

Good experience of storing our luggage

Super easy and fast. Receptionist/lobby attendant took me right to the storage room for luggage, provided me with a receipt/proof of storage. When I picked it up, also super fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.
