Although we had an issue with the location we stashed at, customer service worked quickly to fix the issue and refunded us for the day, plus paid for the difference in our train ticket costs because we missed the original train.

reliable and efficient service for a first experience

We had 4 hours in Edinburgh with 5 large bags to cart around and the left luggage at Waverley Station was really expensive. I found the online booking process and instructions very easy and clear to follow. The store was handy for Haymarket station, trams and buses and the staff were really helpful and polite.
