Everything worked as planned and the stashing location was expecting me, and had a good spacious spot for me to put my luggage.

I was so pleased to come across the 'Stasher' service when I googled 'luggage storage at South Kensington Station'. It was easy to find somewhere, easy to book and the drop/pick up was very smooth also.

Super easy! Had no idea this service existed - would definitely use again. So convenient. Meant we could stroll around London luggage free and come back for it before our train.

This is the first time I have used your company. I was attending a performance at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle upon Tyne (Sunday 2nd September 2018). I was not expecting to have to deposit my backpack beforehand and was quite distressed when I entered the Stashers office. The young lady attending was incredibly helpful. Even though she was dealing with other customers, she helped me find the website and book in my bag. She was polite and so friendly and really helped to make a difficult situation less so. I am recovering from a brain tumour operation and am autistic, so anything unexpected fazes me! I did not catch her name, but would appreciate it if you could pass on my thanks. She was a real star!

Very easy to use website - can see on maps clearly where it is and what the opening hours are to make the best choice. Confirmation emails came through straight away. Very easy service to use at the service point.

We arrived with our suitcases, gave our reservation number, and they were immediately taken care of. The same upon our return, we found our suitcases in the same condition we had left them.

Courteous, professional, & quick service with staff with my luggage as I dropped it off and when I picked it up later. Everything was double secured with a zip tie on top of my luggage lock for my protection. The service was convenient to the tube and I felt my luggage very safe as it was secured in another room with a locked door.
