It was amazingly easy and flexible

Easy to use. Allowed us to get things from our bags and give it back to them to hold on. Scheduled pick-up was 9pm\21:00. We picked it up at 21:15 and there were no additional fees. Excellent service. First time using it, but will def use it again as well as recommend to friends and family.

Very happy with the services. The agent was very helpful (very good looking young man) we left our cases and collected hassle free.

Easy to drop off your baggage and easy to pick up. A tag with a unique number was given that corresponded with the tag they put on your bag and so you had to keep that securely for picking up your baggage. I had an early flight arrival and my check in time was after 2pm only and so stasher was an assuring way I could store my baggage. And this hotel was available 24hrs for stashing and so that was why I chose it.

Great way to find left luggage facilities you even didn't know existed. Much cheaper than the regular train station facilities.

This was such a tremendous service for us while taking a very brief holiday in London. We didn't have a place for our luggage on our last day and the Stasher site and Union Gifts was brilliant. We hoped right off the tube, popped up to the shop, greeted by kind and friendly staff, dropped off our bags and enjoyed the city for the next 6 hours unhindered by our bags. Picked up and heading out was superbly easy too. Great service, highly recommend.

Very convenient!

Friendly, quick and efficient. My bag was promptly wheeled off to be secured in a back room out of sight. Perfect service that enabled us to spend a few suitcase-free hours in the Science Museum before our train home.
