Process was so simple... for the first timer coming to London and have to leave the luggage before going to Scotland, this luggage service is amazing. Location is so easy, drop and pick up also very simple. The guy locked and unlocked the luggage in front of me so it's secured. Highly recommended and will use the service again.

The front of house at Mercure Hotel were great in storing our luggage for us. It was a huge relief to get rid of our heavy bags for 4 hours before we could check into our Airbnb. Everything was perfect. 100% recommend.
