They were absolutely fantastic! The kind man at reception was very friendly and polite. I felt like my luggage was stored in a nice, safe, clean location. Very close to Gare Du Nord which was perfect as I was catching the Eurostar home. Very quick, easy and great value! I would use them again and definitely recommend them to everyone else!

Who doesn't need to store their luggage for a while to visit on the day of arrival before check-in or on the day of departure after check-out? Nowadays, there are few facilities offering this service and the prices are definitely outrageous!!! Business is business!!! But they don't think about their "guests"! With CityStasher, however, there is the possibility to store luggage in various locations around the city quickly and safely! In my case, 3 suitcases in an office near the train station, £6 per suitcase for the whole day! We were there from 11 to 16, that's 5 hours. Where we were, they charged £10 an hour: £50!!!! With CityStasher, £18 for the 3 suitcases and we left calmly!!!! It's a great service, I recommend it to everyone!!! Safe and effective

The booking process was very easy and I was able to find the most suitable location very easily. The cost was excellent compared to what the train stations are charging. The "check-in" process was extremely quick and easy, as was the pick up process. I would definitely recommend using Stashers again and will be using them myself from now on.

I used the shop in Leicester Square since we had to check out at 11 but our flight wasn’t until 8pm. We left our bags at the shop and finished our sightseeing. Leaving the luggage and picking it up was very easy and uncomplicated and the prices were really okay! Would definitely use the service again. Just keep in mind that Leicester Square isn’t a wheelchair friendly station so there aren’t any elevators and you have to carry your luggage when you go to the station!

Really handy to Waterloo mainline railway station, exit down main steps and turn left, the shop is located in a small parade of shops. It was easy and efficient and would use it again.

I'm a first time user of this type of service. Checked out several companies, and CityStasher had the best location, competitive rates, and good reviews. Reservation was easy to do. Didn't get the email with code at first but my follow-up email was answered promptly. (Probably an initial glitch with my mail system.) Staff at tabac were efficient and inspired confidence. Bags retrieved without a hitch. Wonderful service, which I'll certainly use again when I travel. Thanks.
