I was very impressed with the service, it was quick and easy and reasonably priced.

We used DotCom in Durham and it was perfect. The manager of the store was friendly and helpful and it couldn't have been easier. Just a 5 minute walk (downhill) from the train. We couldn't have managed our 3-hr stop in Durham without them. We did end up using Uber to get back to the train, but that was simply because our bags were heavy and we needed the help with the uphill return. I've already mentioned Stasher to a few friends who are heading to the UK and would certainly use them again.

Stasher provided a much-needed service when we had no car, were travelling by train and wanted to spend a day seeing Durham. It was a huge relief to have somewhere to leave our luggage. Staff at the shop were friendly and welcoming. Booking online meant that we didn't have to worry about storage being full before we arrived.

I left my suitcase at The House of Toby Hotel which was 5 minutes from King's Cross Station. On one of the hottest days of the year I was heading to colder weather in the North later so was somewhat overdressed. The member of staff who dealt with me was charming and helpful and took my coat as well for no extra cost so I wouldn't have to carry it around London. This is the sort of service that makes people come back for more. I would definitely use Stasher again and would certainly come back to House of Toby too. It was easy to book online, a very good price and I felt I was leaving my belongings in very safe hands. Why pay so much more at the stations?
