My stashpoint was just across the road from Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station but when I got there it was not only closed but also 'for sale'! I was slightly annoyed and had to pay to store my bag at Lime Street Station. But the reason for my 5 star rating is the excellent customer I received when I reported the problem to Stasher. They responded to my message in minutes and refunded my payment in a few days. I will use again in the future.
