Very easy to book and also to add an extra case when we got there. Charming gentleman who owned the shop and insisted he carried my cases in and out although I am sure I was younger than him! Service with a smile.

Customer service was excellent, after I found out the stash point I had booked with was closed, I rang and was offered another nearby stash point, they also had excellent communication with the stash point owner who arrived and opened up the shop. I felt my suitcase was very secure and I liked the security tag system. Very convenient, would use again.

Would definitely use the service again. Very easy and quick to book online. Staff at my drop off point (Premier Inn, Euston) were very pleasant. It’s a great idea when you want to leave bags somewhere securely for just a few hours.
