reliable and efficient service for a first experience

We had 4 hours in Edinburgh with 5 large bags to cart around and the left luggage at Waverley Station was really expensive. I found the online booking process and instructions very easy and clear to follow. The store was handy for Haymarket station, trams and buses and the staff were really helpful and polite.

Easy to book, drop off and pick-up. What more could you want?

We arrived from Oz after 32 hours and needed somewhere to stash our bags before we could check in our accommodation. The guys at Krystals were quick, efficient in taking our bags in and picking them up. Would definitely do it again.

Great alternative to paying twice the Stasher fee inside Euston station. Used the Premier Inn - 2 mins walk across Euston Rd - staff helpful and would definitely use again.

It was so easy to leave our bags, and also very safe because they give you a code and they asked us to take a photo to check it when we take it back. I'll use it again in the future!

What a wonderful service! Our five suitcases were tagged and stored away for the day so that we didn’t have to drag them all over London. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, and we didn’t worry about our stuff for a second.
