I needed to leave a suitcase as left luggage at KX was far too expensive. Was a bit confusing about the location as it said Premier Inn Kings Cross but was actually at Euston. However, once this was sorted the staff at the PI were brilliant. Drop off was very swift. Pick up also.

Really great concept - got to spend 3 hours at the British Museum before hotel check-in without worrying about my big bag. Paper shop easy walking distance to Museum and plenty of lunch options on the way back and lots of taxis going by when I was finished.

Excellent service

Just arrived back in Newcastle early morning, and flight home some 9 hours later. Booked case into Albatross Hostel - pleasant helpful staff and no problems with checking in and retrieving case. Will use again when and where required with no hesitation.
