It was all very convenient. I was able to arrive at the shop that I had arranged to leave the bag in - hand it over, show my email confirmation and be issued with my receipt for collecting the bag all within a few minutes. Again when I went to pick it up there was no delay/hassle.

Used service for first time for Spice Girls concert at Wembley. Really quick, easy and professional. Tag put on bag on arrival, nice and friendly staff. They told me not to worry if I was running a bit late for pick-up which was nice and took the pressure off. Given corresponding tag to claim bag back on return, which was quick and easy with no queue. Toilets at the hotel just past reception which was an added bonus.

Easy to find near the bus stop from the airport. Host was great. Full of information about the area. Coffee shop is great... take time to have a drink. Luggage was secure. Dropped off without any problems and collected quickly. Will definitely use the service again.

Very easy to use. Dropping my suitcase off near Manchester Piccadilly train station was preferable to carting it around all day while visiting the city. Booking was straightforward and quick, and the drop-off and pickup service at the shop was fast and courteous. Definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

This made my visit to Glasgow so much easier! Who wants to lug luggage around for hours while you are waiting for your room to become available? I hope this service expands to other places, I was so disappointed there wasn't one in Oban.
