Easy, fast, no problems, just what you need on a touristy visit.

It was great service, quick and easy!

Easy sign in, drop your bags, and go. Come back pick them up. All very easy. I would suggest you modify your tags,,, they are really REALLY small and all to easily lost.

Great! The guy allowed me to go back as soon as I got there when I realized my reservation was not complete ahead of time.

It was easy to book and easy to locate. Close to Euston and St Pancras. We were able to cheaply and safely store our luggage for the day while we explored London.

I was worried about trying this, but everything worked out great. The website was slightly buggy (at least on iOS) but not bad enough to stop me from using it. Hanover Hotel was great - both for dropoff and pickup. They even gave us a room so we could change and freshen up, which was especially nice.
