She was very friendly and gave us helpful advice when we dropped off our bags. She met us with a smile when we returned and got our bags very quickly, which I appreciated because we had a train to catch.

Helpful guy in the store, he had to lug bag up/down spiral staircase but we joked about it and he laughed! Had to book on the spot but wasn't an issue. Handy for Marylebone, my guests were impressed with the service too.
