Easy and convenient to our air bnb.

I booked via booking.com but all went smoothly.

Clear instructions

Lovely young woman who helped with the luggage.

What a convenient service this is. Our flight was in the evening and we still had a full day to explore. So booked a slot, turned up at the booked time. The member of staff put on numbered tags, made us take a photo. Jib done. We went out for the day, came back and picked up the luggage and headed to the airport. Makes life so easy when travelling. Highly recommend using this service.
